It's always scary when you keep betting and other people just keep calling on a board like that. You got lucky noone had a king or the flush which is the only things I'd be guessing people would call with, definitely some bad players there.

Just a note, I would probably re-raise pre-flop on a 6-max table with AQ. Get it heads up, with position, with probably the better hand.
