Pineapple tourney

I am gonna start a pineapple tourney for my home game. Is this a best NL,PL or FL game? Thinking Spread limit preflop NL post seems like this is the most interesting way to play thoughts?

I'd go pot limit, pineapple seems like a post flop type game.
