Obviously pre-flop is questionable. I limped only because of my position and the fact that it was a VERY loose table, and I think a lot of weak hands will pay me off if I make a straight/flush. Is this hand just too crappy?
After that, I would like to talk about all streets.

Preflop doesn't seem that bad to me, I think ur getting very good odds despite a marginal hand, but what are you calling for on the flop? all you have is a pair that quite possibly will need runner runner to improve to the best hand imo, someone could easily have a set.
If the turn was a heart I'd call there, but you may only be drawing to 6 outs and the payoff will not be great enough to justify your call.
my 2c

I have the nut flush draw. I figured my pair was pretty inconsequential. My idea here was to try and get some extra dead money in the hand, because my hand doesn't play very well heads up if I get it in with NFD, pair, and back door straught.

eek sorry, I thought your hand was completely unsuited- didn't notice the 2 hearts.
In this case I think it's fine, I doubt you have any fold equity on someone betting into a 4way or however many flop. On the turn I think you should only get it in if you are mathematically ~ahead of a set, I would have no idea, but I think you're a marginal dog. Folding on the end would suck if he had the same draw though lol, so maybe you should just push (only a little bit more anyway)

Preflop I am probably going to muck it. What is it you are trying to make? You don't want to fall into the trap of playing with a Holdem mentality by playing 2 card combos. Hands like AK77 etc is a perfect example.
With your hand even after some players have limped you don't have a 4 card combo hand. The K is too far away from your other three cards as is the A to the 6. Not to mention that if a flush card does come on the turn you may not get paid off anyway.
I would muck it on the turn as well I think. No fold equity, one card to come, not getting good enough odds, TPTK can't be good and it's hardly a mega draw in Omaha anyway.
