Pocket 9's with lots of money in the pot.
I'm thinking I should of folded (or pushed all-in)first time around, but when it arrives back with me, I'm thinking I'm getting great odds with a small stack. I'm guessing this is straight forward fold??? This was a 45 seater sng with 18 players left.
If i don't make a move here, I have to do it soon.

IMO keesie1970 is the only one that might have us beat. Limp early and push although it is supposed to represent AA or KK is too often a small to middle pair at lower stakes.
I would have pushed after the 2 limps personally as low as you are. I don't blame you for wanting to fold it, but I still think you are ahead here enough at these stakes to justify a call if you feel like going.

As the short stack I would have pushed against the two limpers, now if the blinds were about to go up I would call, otherwise I would fold.

push>fold>call the first time around.
now with 2 players AI and original raiser still to act, I think I fold and wait. Though you don't have much waiting to do.
Now a days I really try to get things moving before reaching the 10XBB mark

I agree with others you should have pushed first, but with two people all-in and the original raisor likely to come along, I would fold here every time.
