Poker Chip Trick Question
One of my favorite things about poker is playing around with the chips and I have already mastered the chip twirl, shuffle, and front to back.
I was just wondering if anyone could explain any different chip tricks. I have seen the chips roll and the one were you bounce it, but without directions i get a little confused
If anyone could explain a new chips trick to me i would really appreciate it.
Thanx

The best chip trick I know is, pushing them all to the middle and bringing back twice as many
sorry I couldn't resist. There was a site posted awhile back with some video instructions on different tricks. Use the search function and I'm sure you'll find it rather quickly, as I don't remember what it is off the top of my head. Heck I'm still trying to get the shuffle down smooth.

Hey KGB. Like some on this forum, I play poker to take other people's chips, but unlike many, I make it look good.
You could try the roll. You go from one hand to the other.
Here's how you do it (and it works best on a padded poker table.) Hold the chips in a horizontal stack in one hand. Tilt your hand. Let them loose one by one in an even motion. They should roll down your hand before hitting the table, meaning they shouldn't bounce.
That momentum sets them up for a nice roll when they hit the table, rolling accross to your other hand, where you snatch them up, and push them out into the pot to collect your rent.

The bounce another trick that takes a lot of practice (again on a padded table) to achieve with consistency.
The Bounce:
Simply hold the chip above the table. Drop it next to your stack. Drop it square so the edge of the chip hits the padding perpendicularly and bounces up and hops onto your standing chip stack.
The key is the padded table. The padding gives the chip the hop. You don't have to drop it from very high to make it work either. It can bounce onto a 10-12 stack from about 8-12 inches - your chip weight will affect this.
The key, as with most chip and dexterity tricks, is to do it with speed and effortlessness. If you are stumbling around or missing your stack, you look more like a pretard than the Fonze.
And what's the Fonze? He's cool baby.
