Poker in Carribean or Aruba

I am planning at trip to the Caribbean in early spring and I was wondering if anyone can give me any firsthand information on where to find a well run poker room in the islands?

I am open to suggestions.

Also has anyone played poker in Aruba at either the Stellaris Casino or the Excelsior Casino? The WEB makes them sound inviting, but I rather hear from someone who has actually played / stayed there.

What are the table stakes at the casino (3/6, 5/10, 24/40, ...)?

How are Americans treated by locals and other tourists?

How safe is it to walk from casino to casino at night?

We will be in the Palm Beach area.
