Pokerroom.com problems

I am not recieving answers to repeated e-mails from pokerroom.com. I made a deposit that was not credited to my account and I have not recieved an answer for 18 hours to 4 separate e-mails. I have been playing on pokerroom.com for 6 months and have not encountered any problems prior to this. It seems that there 24/7 support is not so supportive. This is the first time I have had to attempt to contact their support team. So be forewarned!!!!
