pokerstars.com free roll tips please
I have a fast connection and extremely low ping times pretty much anywhere I go. But this pokerstars.com registration thing is screwy. I click on the register button the millisecond that it starts and I never get in. PLUS when its 5 or 6k entries, I am never anywhere near the start of that list... I have to wait 5 or more minutes to get accepted in, in the 3000 range.
Anyone know how to get in on this one any faster?

if its a limited entry of 1k people ive never got in on one, when its unlimited usually around 4-5k people enter and you can register all the way up to the start of the tourney no problem, may take a couple minutes to 'process' if alot of ppl are registering at the same time, but good luck trying to get into one of the 1k entry limit heh.

o and it doesnt matter where in the list you are.. its all alphabetical, so theres no advantage to registering 1st or last in the big unlimited seating freerolls.

You just have to be quick. I have gotten into most of the 1k tournaments on PS, sometimes I get left out, but have about a 75% record of getting in. When it gets close to the entry time 'within one minute' start clicking your mouse over the 'register' button and also start pressing your 'enter' key alternately. Click and press as fast as your can.. 8)
As for the open tournaments, I have never heard of anyone getting left out of them as long as you enter during the registration time. And when you register, you are put into a que and then the software alphabetizes the names.
