Pokerstars echeck cashout question - HELP!!!
on pokerstars i just went to cash out some real money via echeck and there is a message saying echecks are temporarily unavailable. i havent tried to cash out for a looong time so i dont know if this message was just specifically for a couple hours tonight, or if its been like this for a few days, or longer than that?
does anyone know about this echeck situation because id rather not have to have them mail a check since that takes 7-14 days and i dont want to have to wait that long if possible. hopefully it was just something happening tonight & itll be available tomorrow but i have no idea on it. thanks!!!!

i actually got a reply from pokerstars in email about this so apparently for a few weeks something was messed up with echecks so they turned off that option while they are getting everyone's echeck cashouts back to their banks. apparently they werent going through or they were taking a long time but now people are starting to get their money so i guess hopefully within a couple weeks the echeck option will be back to normal. its so much more convenient than regular checks.
another question then is will there be any issue at all with depositing like a $1500 check from pokerstars at a bank? will they just accept it normally or would there be some issue. thanks!

PS checks are 100% normal and do not say "PokerStars" anywhere on the check. I have cashed/deposited over a dozen of them in the bank with zero problems ever.
It usually takes about a week to receive the check in my experience.

I do not believe there are cashout limits on paper checks, and all checks over $1000 are delivered by courier.

what exactly does courier mean, just like ups or dhl or something? because my check will probably be 1.1k - 1.2k so id feel better about it being sent via ups or dhl, but i think i also saw on their site it doesnt come with any tracking #, but maybe the checks over 1k do have a tracking #?
on pokerstars store free items ive gotten before theyve sent me a dhl tracking # email but it said click the link to track it, and there was no link in the email, and i couldnt figure it out by going directly to dhl.com. any info? thanks!!

They may use more than one courier service. I don't remember which off the top of my head. But I'm sure support would tell you if you email them. support@pokerstars.com

Ummm..way better option for withdrawl is MoneyGram from PS. Its free and the first 4 times I used it was less than 24 hours from cashout until cash in pocket. The most recent time it was like 48 hours. But you go to your local MoneyGram place and you get CASH with no bank involvement. MoneyGram places include Walmarts and many supermarkets in the States.

well isnt a moneygram something they have to mail you anyway? so that wouldnt save any time plus dont moneygram places charge to make a transaction, although i think its just a couple bucks right. but i dont see how thatd be better than a bank which is free.

No, MoneyGram is like Western Union. You pick up the cash at an outlet. There are lots around, at least around my house. They email you the instructions, including a confirmation code, and you go to the place and pick up cold hard cash. No banks involved. And no fees. It is by far the fastest free way to get your money, and big plus no banks involved. All IMO.
