Pokerstars Support

Postby eezie » Wed Feb 11, 2009 10:49 pm GMT

I thought Pokerstars was a reasonably reputable site.

Have tried contacting support via email several times with no response. Like trying to communicate with a wall.

Trying to get a simple question answered. The lack of ressponse concerns me. What if I have a more urgent problem? What if I try to cash out and run into a snag.

Anyone have any experience trying to deal with Pokerstars? Any experience with other sites. Would I be better off playing elsewhere?

Thanks,

eezie

MOst major sites are kinda slow. FTP is the worst in my experience, everytime I had a problem it would take 3-5 days to get a response. Sometimes could take weeks before a simple matter would get resolved.

Pokerstars never seamed that bad, usually got a response back within 24 hours bt that is just my person experience

I felt that CS at stars was always head and shoulders above the rest to be honest.

PokerStars has always gotten back to me within 24 hours, but usually much sooner. MUCH more than I can say for any other site I've dealt with.

i'm like 100% sure its problem with your side,
u either had their responses moved to junk or u just mailed wrong email address

pokerstars support is the best out there, noone is even close, and they always respond to emails very fast no matter how stupid of an email u send to them

they even send u poems and haikus if u ask

yeah, PS support usually respond very quick, often within few hours.
FT is not as good (usually within 48 hours), but I have a feeling that playing tons as I do does make them responds to my emails slightly faster then before.

We will see how quick they really are now. I sent them an email asking to have my deposit limit raised so I can get the full $250 bonus. About two hours and counting so far. I'll check the response time in the morning.

Stars has been great to me. Yesterday, I sent them an email asking if I could change my avatar. I already used my max number of avatar changes.

45 minutes later I got a response from support that they updated my account so that I could change my avatar again.

Had a problem with support at Pacific Poker it took 24 hours each time to get a response from emails that were going back and forward, the problem took a week to resolved. I complained, complained and complained, they contacted me by phone apologised and credited my account with some green. Nice way to say sorry.
