Pokertracker Set-ups
this is my first foray into the world of online poker with the trusty aid of poker tracker. I've only played 30 hands with it (just to try and work it out). I think the 3 stats ive got showing on HUD are Money put in voluntarily/Preflop raises/aggression factor.
i was having a google about and it seems people customize their hud for different stats and wondered if anyone here uses something different than default settings.
Any other advice on getting the best from software would be more than appreciated as there seems to be an infinite amount in can do
Thanks
p.s sorry to keep asking all these questions, im nearly there
p.p.s At what point would you consider a hand sample representative to start giving it credit and acting upon it, the more the better but at what point does it become meaningful

i have a custom HUD that i use that shows...
vpip/calls raise
pfraise/3bets pf
aggro per street
then folds to cbet/cbet%/flop c/r / flop 3bet
attempt to steal
fodls to 3bet
folds sb/bb to steal
wtsd/w$sd/amount won
kinda a lot but it works for me... you just have to play around with what fits for you

Get Holdem manager (HEM) if you're going to play NL. It costs $80 and is the best out there imo. It also comes with its own HUD.
On my HUD I have
VPIP
PFR
Att Steal
3 bet (No stat in poker tracker for this)
Fold to 3-bet (Same as above)
Fold BB to steal
Flop CB
Fold To flop CB
Fold to turn CB
Agg factor
Fold Donk bet v raise flop (Not in PT)
Hands Dealt.

You can buy it for only $55 and it will only import hands at stakes of .25/.50 or lower (the "Small Stakes" version). If you ever move up to $100NL, you can then pay the difference. The small stakes version is exactly the same. I use HEM, and also highly recommend it.
