Postby kluCAR » Sat Aug 23, 2003 7:48 pm GMT

The odd of hitting full house on the flop with two unequal cards in your hand is 0.1%.
...of hitting 4 of a kind on the flop with 2 unequal cards in your hand is 0.008%.

thse same thing but just with two equal cards in your hand:

full : 1%
4 : 0.24%

Any commnets? Does it seem right? Anyone?

4 of a kind on the flop with 2 unequal cards....let's say AK...you need to turn an A or K on the 1st card to start toward 4 of a kind so that leaves 6 cards in the deck. The next has to match the 1st card, of which there are only 2 left, and the 3rd there is only 1. 6x2x1/(50x49x48)=12/117600=.0001 It's late and too tired to do math on the others, but I think this is right.
