Which sites are best to play

Postby joejccva » Fri Apr 09, 2004 12:38 am GMT

I have been playing at PokerStars for play money for quite some time. I noticed that they don't have any bonuses though for depositing real money.

Can anyone recommend any sites that have good deposit bonuses? I have heard about the referral bonuses at partypoker and UB. However I checked out The Gaming Club and they match your deposit. If you deposit $50 then they give you $50 bonus. If you deposit $100 they give you $100 bonus. How reputable is The Gaming Club? I have heard horror stories about some different sites that don't cashout when you want to, etc. Has anyone played at The Gaming Club before?

Any info and/or advice would be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

when you read some of the posts by spammers that pop up from time to time, you'll see why people thought you were spamming.

Best sites to play

Postby CamBam » Tue Apr 20, 2004 2:20 pm GMT

okay....here's a legit repeat of the question.....

Which are the best sites?......

I hear Ultimate Bet is easier to win money at if you are playing seriously because there are more "uneducated" players there or players that are there for leisure and don't mind losing a little

PartyPoker has the most players and games, but it is harder to win consistently there because of the # of players and more serious players....the rake on ring games is high

Pacific Poker is supposed to have good software and rapid play....I think it has the reputation for lower rake structure, or that might be UB or Poker Stars, dunno

Any advice or personal observations.....particularly where the lowest rake is, best opportunity to make money, best server for rapid play?

Thanks, hope I didn't do anything that looked like a Spam....above are the only ones I've really heard comments about.....I've only recently started playing and only have experience on Party Poker

I've watched games both at UB and Party and I think they have equally inept players. I always though Party was the worst, but I could be wrong. I thought it was easier there just due to its popularity.
