I had that happen a few days ago while at a ring game and was unable to get back in for a long time.
They however did send a e-mail notifying me that my table $ was frozen and put back into my account. There service and communication remains excellent in my opinion, so I can deal with the occassional tech issues. Tech issue just come with the territory. No poker site is exempt from some issues time to time.

ubs had a lot of problems with this in the last few weeks
our table stalled for 40 minutes on day and then it should kicked everyone out - one of the guys at the table was 2nd in chips when it first paused

I started the 11:15 freeroll yesterday and played about 3 hands when the systems crashed. An hour later they came back online...and suprisingly everyone at my table was there ready to go.
The hands themselves would go as normal, but in between it would take like 3 minutes. After and hour I got the button once and finally said screw it, went all-in with a J 2 off, lost and took a nap (I've been sick) =)

happened again this morning...
memberservices said that all games from 11am - 2pm were stopped and that we would get the refund... I have no reason to doubt them as I have gotten refunds before when things went bad, but it's so frustrating.

on the TEC freeroll last night...my table was stuck for like....30 minutes.?
so the rest of the field has increased their stack and our whole table is shortstacked when we finally were switched to other tables~ kinda annoying~ i got switched to a table where literally at least 2 people goes all in almost everyround....they chased everysingle cards there is~
