And yes, an exactly random system is very much possible. You can make one up on a TI-83 calculator, let alone advanced computer software.

there can be no truly random formula generated by computer they always follow some pattern no matter how complex the algorithms are

granted they can be random to a certain extent that its really really really hard to figure out
