No Limit Hold 'em: Theory and Practice by David Sklansky and Ed Miller...has anyone seen this book yet?

I pre-ordered it and am half way thru it. UrAteUp, it's not for you. Everyone else, I would strongly recommend it.

Amazon tells me it's on the way. ;)

So far, what I've read has been excellent. Gives a lot of solid mathematical theory behind fundamentally sound play and dissolves a lot of myths many players have about NL games. I have no doubt this will help peoples' games tremendously.
