Was this cheating?
Okay, so this happened a few weeks ago, but I was really ticked off about it.
Board:
My hand: T
J
PF: I'm on button.
Person1 calls BB $5
Person2 folds
I call
Villain calls $2.50
Person3 checks
Flop: K
Q
A
Villain bets $5
Person3 folds
Person2 calls
I call and raise to $10
Villain calls
Person2 folds
Turn: K
Q
A
3
Villain bets $10
I call and raise to $20
Villain calls and raises to $30
I call
River: K
Q
A
3
K
Villain pushes me all-in
Now, I'll interrupt here. At this point, I start fiddling with me chips and wondering whether to call since I think that Villain has hit a flush draw or possibly a boat. However this doesn't seem likely to me due to his usual tightness and his reraise on the turn. I decide this was probably a bluff or maybe a poorly played top pair or two pair and open my mouth to say the words "I call" but before they come out he moves as if to flip his cards and says "Good thing I have the boat baby". But keep in mind I have not said the words "I call" nor have I made any motion with my chips that would suggest a call. He does not actually flip his cards, but holds them face up above the table, where I can just almost see them but not quite. Then he says "Wait, you call, right?". The acting was great. So naturally here I fold because he was fairly new to the game and didn't seem like the type of guy to do this...turns out I think I was right about the poorly played top pair; his hand was A4o or some crap like that.

Morally you cheated. you intended to call, but his lack of experience and his excitement made him move too soon and you got a chance to fold.
Few things I don't understand :
1. If he rivered a boat, he had AK, QK, 3K, AA, QQ or 33. So its not really a poor played TP
2. Why didn't you push allin on the turn? And what is up with all those min raises. You flopped the nut. But there are other draws around that beat you. Bet more on the flop and much much more on the turn. The river is the worse card you could have. and a good place to fold...
