The Ultimate badbeat

Postby supafrey » Thu Jan 11, 2007 2:46 am GMT

I saw this pic on 2+2 a while ago but didn't instantly get the hilarity of what happened. Thankfully they've photoshopped parts of it to make it more obvious. Look very, very closely at what happened here.

Has to do with the requirements for the jackpot.

is it the fact that the river was another straight flush card and now the dude only uses 1 holecard to make his SF instead of 2 which is necessary for the bad beat jackpot?.. if so,.... that is painstakingly horrible! aaahahaaaa

Yes. Since both both players have to play both of their hole cards and the guy made a higher straight flush on the river so he only played one of his hole cards. That really sucks.

no whammy no whammy no whammy STOP!

GOD DAMNIT DAMN DAMN DAMN DAMN DAMN.

this is actually probably the worst possible beat, ever. Like... if you even thought of one hypothetically, none could probably match this. (Relative to stakes ofcuz dummies.)

the bad beat jackbot gets split between the winner, loser and everyone else on the table. He gets 39 i think.
