So how exactly does this work....

Postby Bobross139 » Sat Feb 10, 2007 11:58 am GMT

After the poker prohibition I took most of my money out of the two sites I played at. I left 10 bucks or so in my Stars account for whatever reason. I stopped playing for a while, and when I started again, I found that Neteller was closed to U.S. players. Well, I started playing again over the past couple weeks and I want to know how I can make a withdrawal.
I'm not sure I understand the policy correctly, but am I going to able to withdraw that money with a different cashout method? From what I understand, whatever amount I originally deposited in, I have to withdraw that much with whatever method (Neteller) I deposited with. And of course, that's impossible at this point. So what can I do?

Email PokerStars support and they will let you withdraw by check. You might not even have to contact support.
