Kinda cool that certain casinos allow you to ban yourself...

I feel sorry for the poor wife. The husband knew what he was doing and did it anyways, for better or worse. I see it and in many ways the law sees a married couple to have control over the other. If one person is seriously injured and is facing a life or death situation, the spouse has control over that situation. Spouses can never be forced to testify against each other, many others. While they say its ok to ban yourself, if ANY person on the planet should have the right to ban another its their spouse, just my humble opinion. If 10 years down the road, i have done the same as this man, i would expect and HOPE my wife would be doing the same thing. Spouses are meant to look out for one and other and this court decision is preventing that. It seems the casino just wants to suck the rest of the retirement money out of him. Best of luck to her, hope she wins.

It's nice to see that Casinos allow people to take reponsibility for their own actions... I wouldn't be surprised if people started trying to sue Casinos in the future for their loses, just like people sue McDonald's for being obese... Stupid...
