omaha , putting the money in with the current nuts?

What do you think about this hand guys?

The only hand I've seen he called a river bet with a pair of A. (and won)
So I thought of him as a fish.

Full Tilt Poker Game #1831291272: Table Hinke (6 max) - $0.05/$0.10 - Pot Limit Omaha - 17:39:10 ET - 2007/02/19
Seat 2: rudygetsplenty ($13.50)
Seat 3: TheGreek33 ($8.80)
Seat 4: hero ($17.10)
Seat 5: fillaful ($11.40)
Seat 6: cubsfan76 ($9.75)
rudygetsplenty posts the small blind of $0.05
TheGreek33 posts the big blind of $0.10
The button is in seat #6
*** HOLE CARDS ***
Dealt to hero [5d 2h 4c Ac]
hero calls $0.10
fillaful: i think my cards are see through
fillaful: cuz everyone folds when i have em
fillaful folds
cubsfan76 calls $0.10
rudygetsplenty calls $0.05
TheGreek33 checks
*** FLOP *** [7c 3s 6d]
Poker Girl 23f (Observer): stop bein such a nit
rudygetsplenty bets $0.40
TheGreek33 folds
hero raises to $1.60
cubsfan76 folds
rudygetsplenty raises to $5.20

I'm thinking he has an over pair, or 2 pairs or even a set...
Call or raise?

He has stuck in a load of his chips, I'd just push it all in now because he will probably call.

Do we need to stop and think about his hand or do we push every time if we think he'll call.

I don't think we need to worry about his hand at all. There are times where it's correct to fold the nuts on the flop, but this isn't one of them and there is no FD on board. Push it and let him call you with a set and river a house.

agreed with crack ... only time to ever fold the nut straight is if you're positive you're opponent is freerolling the flush draw

Well actually he didn't river a boat, he had the same hand with a 9. And when the 8 came his str8 was bigger.

I guess my question is moot considering his stack size. There is no way I fold this. An probably shouldn't have fold to a turn push had I only call the flop. However, if his stack was as big is mine. Maybe only calling the flop , turn and river bets would have kept the pot slightly smaller?
