Live Casino B&M, $200 min $600 max
6 handed
Hero- (button)- ~$220 (original buy in was $200) T

J
Q
All other players cover me, with stacks from ~$300 - ~$1k
SB Posts $2
BB Posts $5
UTG raises to $15
I call
Both blinds call
Pot size- $60
Flop-
K
T
2
Checked to me, I bet $45
Both blinds fold, UTG calls, MP folds
Pot size- $150
Turn- 8
UTG Pots it, for $150, I have about $160 or so left-
Your play? Also, since I don't play a whole lot of PLO, was my starting hand adequate to play at all, much less call a raise on the button?
(results in white below)
I go all in, he obviously calls the extra few bucks. He has the nut flush with something like A diamond and 3connectors double suited. River is a brick and he takes it down

Obv. push in my book. You have 2nd nut flush + redraw, and he doesn't have to have A-high diamonds here, though it is his most likely hand. Given stack size, hand ranges, and pot odds, there is no way I fold here ever.

Omaha is usually a game of the nuts. I'd say you're behind to a nut flush with one out for the straight flush, one out for quads, and nine for a full house.
on the river you're a 27.5% to 72.5% dog, You are getting 2 to 1 if you call. Looks like a fold to me if he's got the nut flush.

You got lots of equity against his rangeFelting wrote:Just looked at the results. Guess I read his hand right.
There is a reason the results are in white.

If you assume someone has the nuts every time they raise in Omaha, you are going to make a lot of bad laydowns.
While the nut flush is villain's most likely hand, just like in other games, we must properly consider villain's range of hands.

Hand overall looks very standard to me. I would consider your starting hand very strong because all 6 combinations are live.

Played fine imo, been playing alot of 2/5 PL round of each lately. We do 1k buy in and thats pretty standard. With your stack size easy push imo. I may be just used to playing alittle deeper in PL but if stack sizes were 2k or so then folding could be a possible option. However Omaha is by far my weakest game so take it as you will.
