Ouch. I reckon I'd have to call this.
He may be doing this with 7 :diamond: X :diamond: and you take some of his outs for the flush.
If he flopped a straight (or just hit one) you still have outs as well.
You're only truly crushed by an over-set...
I don't know what the play is like at these levels though.

This is the first hand I thought of :) Very strong at the moment but terrified of a heigher straight draw.

or he could have made his straight and wants to take the pot down now and stop anyone drawing to the flush?

I just can't see him pushing against two players if he doesn't have the straight.

Call it, his range is wider than the straight unless there is missing information. 2 Pair, pair and draw, smaller set, overpair even TP sometimes.

It's a pretty standard call IMO.

Thanks guys. I see nobody actually seriously consider to fold.

So your flop play was to re-raise 2 bucks into a pot of $7.50 on a double-suited straight draw heavy board.

gg wp nh

quite lucky to survive imo

just saw this thread and it really comforts me in what I said about you playing NL1000.

You shouldn't even be near NL100

Well, I would really like to know, whether all the players, who criticizes me on those topics, are actually winning players in the long run.
