Who wins this straight?

The board had 5 clubs, 5 diamonds, 4 hearts, 8 diamonds, 6 diamonds.

Player 1 had: 8 hearts and 7 hearts
Player 2 had: King hearts and 7 hearts

Who wins this straight? How does the tie come into play?
