Well, I raised from UTG and I think my image is pretty tight (if they have reads on me at all), and I still got reraised and flat called. Isn't it too risky to push for 200BB here? Isn't the probability I run into AA too high?

I duno. At $25NL or $30NL I'm risking it. 6 handed even more so. The whole "when should you fold Kings" thing holds up less at cheap stakes but at these I suppose you shouldn't count it out.
It's been said already I think that now isn't the time to decide if you want to fold. If you re-raise to 200 and someone comes back at you then seems to be the time.
Worst option seems to be the call, but I don't think anyone's considering that.

What are your reads on them?
1st, You got 3b by the SB which doesn't even sit with 100BB, vs him I go AI all day long. His range is much wider then just AA. If he is tight (which I doubt) his range his AJ+, JJ+ .
Now the BB that sits with 200BB flat called. AA is a really small part of his range. He's more likely on 99+ and maybe AK (though most players will 4B AK)
So as you can see you crush their range.

not everyone at the table is 200BBs deep. the only others are the UTG+1 guy who flatcalled, were not afraid of him. then theres the BB who cold-called the SB's 3bet..... he's the only one you should be scared of having AA.... and i doubt it. its possible that he coldcalled w AA but he's inviting 2 others in behind him creating a 4 way pot out of position for him... so doesnt look like AA on his part at all if you ask me. there are a shitload of other hands he could have besides AA here... you have to go with this....
dont 4bet and fold to a 5bet either...

I'm pushing here most of the time. My feeling is shorty is trying to get you in with AK. Big stack probably JJ or QQ. If I run into AA then my next move is to post how stupid I was right here in the forum and get feedback.

LOL!
Well, my hope was if someone has AA, it should be the short stack, because why the hell the deep one would just call with AA? Or, could he be so tricky and sure I will 4bet them so that he can 5bet me back? Anyway, my thinking was wrong:

That day I have pushed all in with KK 3 times, in 3 different limits, and each time I run into AA; it costed me 1.4K. Well, so I dropped down a little bit to 0.25/0.5 to grind it back (and suffered squads over squads, lol!) But it was good there anyway.
