poker for dummies video?

A friends of mine who never seen holdem poker and have no idea about the rules or anything wnats me to teach her the game.
is there any where a video that describes the first steps (like what they show during some ESPT poker shows) am looking for the real basics, something she can watch before I even sit with her for the first time.

I remember watching this mind-numbingly boring video on youtube, hosted by Daniel Negreanu. It was aimed at beginners.

It's called "Stacked with Daniel Negreanu". He does about 15 short videos. Each one lasts between 1 and 3 minutes 'ish.

(I say they are mind-numbingly boring because they are aimed at beginners. I'm guessing your friend should enjoy them and learn a little something).
