Gid (ninetensuited) offering high stakes HU lessons on FTP?!
Gid (ninetensuited) offering high stakes HU lessons on FTP?!
Our very own ninetensuited is now an expert heads up player on Full Tilt. Anyone that wants to learn how to play HU for roughly $100 a hand should inquire within!

Something tells me Gid won't be posting on THP here anymore... Lets just say there was another "incident".

Unf. I gotta back Supa on this one.
I know the details but I'm pretty sure that it's suppose to remain untalked about until everything settles down.

I don't do prop bets.
I just don't understand the reason to post something like that that make no sense to the rest of us, that bash the name of a friend of some of us without any details...
Leafs, welcome back.
Sad to see an "event" like that brings you back here.
But its still nice to see you back.

lol "friend".
Gid is now confirmed to have stolen nearly $2500 from a former THPer. This was done by illegally using their account to chipdump into ninetensuited's own account.
Through the help of others, about half of that money was immediately returned. Gid has now "disappeared" and returned only a small part of the total sum to the person he stole it from. As much as I realize that my posting this story may result in Gid being angry enough to NEVER return the kid's money, the rest of you blind suckers need to be warned before you offer to lend him some cash in the near future.
Gid (ninetensuited on thp) is a thief, and a worthless human being. Do not trust him. Ever.

wouldn't it be better if you simply post the above in the first place?
Especially for me, as I happen to transfer lots of money between sites to lots of people on THP and Gid is one of them. Never had a problem to date and we did some big amounts... but I'll have to think twice before doing it again.

I was respecting wishes not to post the details until now. I don't care if you've never had problems.. "thinking twice" is for idiots. Don't do it. Ever.

I realise it's been ages since I've posted on here, but I agree with what Supa wrote below. About 18 months ago Gid, Leafsfan, the guy who got stolen from and myself used to play in a lot of the same MTTs, and chat a lot on MSN etc and Gid and I used to transfer money between ourselves a lot.
One day, I transfer him some money and he claimed that there had been some kind of problem with his transfer to me and he'd send it ASAP. He then promptly disappeared for a couple of months, unknown to me at the time, the same thing had happened with a couple of the other guys in the IRC chat.
He eventually came back and apologised and I got my money back.
If you still want to transfer money with him after hearing these stories, then that's your choice, but I suspect you'll get little sympathy from people if you end up getting scammed.
For your own sake, I'd suggest you stay well away from any dealings with him

Leafs, welcome back.
Thanks dude, how have you been?
lol "friend".
You know, oddly enough, I did see Gid as a "friend". As much of a friend as possible, seeing as I never met the dude in person. This whole issue is rather upsetting and it truly does feel like i'm losing a buddy. Technically he hasn't admitted it yet but yeah...it's obvious it was him and i'm really disappointed.

You'll get over it. This is a cheap lesson for you seriously.

I'm exactly at the same boat as you concerning Gid. And he does refer to you as one of his closest poker friends, so its all very strange...
God knows I've sent him tons of money without waiting to get my money first, and luckily, so far nothing went bad!
I think I'm done with sending money to people now. Had a big transfer with Alread long time ago that felt really bad since for some reason both our transfers were a day delayed and he was starting to doubt my honesty....Though understandable, was a bad feeling for both of us non the less.
