i'm pretty sure that if you have AA and the flop comes say QJ2 you get AI against QJ you still have a 25% chance of winning...

You have two aces and three 2s as outs plus either a running paired board or running broadway cards. Surely that's like 20% for the main 5 outs plus 1 or 2% at most for the runners

There is really no point in this question.
If you go AI pf with AA, you can easily calculate what are the chances you get out drawn vs any hand (and those odds stay the same regardless how the hand play)

However knowing these odds (which you should) should not effect how you play the hand post flop. This is were board reading, hand reading and knowing your opponent comes into play.
