, the cutoff limped in for 20, I raised it up to 73, bb folds and co calls.

Pf is meah. I'd raise much more playing so deep as people don't ever limp/folding early on.
I think river c/f is standard. He's not likely to turn 66/77 into a bluff here very often. At worse he have some funky two pairs (A9/A5), or 44 for the straight.
You can consider block/folding as he can't raise with anything but the flush, but I really think vs unknown you're not doing too good.
