Flop comes 9 3 2 .Pot at around 160, I lead out for 122, he calls.

Turn - 5 , I bet out for 291. He calls again.

River- A I check, he bets 480, pot is at around 1,400 after his bet.

Pf is meah. I'd raise much more playing so deep as people don't ever limp/folding early on.
I think river c/f is standard. He's not likely to turn 66/77 into a bluff here very often. At worse he have some funky two pairs (A9/A5), or 44 for the straight.
You can consider block/folding as he can't raise with anything but the flush, but I really think vs unknown you're not doing too good.
