Who is 2nd and 3rd
Hi all,
I have got a question about who will be 2nd and 3rd in the following story.
At a certain moment there were 3 players(Player A, B, C) left. The chipleader(Player A) went all in and won the entire pot. The other players (player B,C) had lost all their chips.
The player (player C) with the lowest chip count had the 2nd best hand from the last game so if there was a side-pot he would have won it. The other player (player B) was 2nd with the chip count.
Who will be 2nd and 3rd in this case because we had price money for the winner and for the runner up.
Hope you understand

When two people are eliminated in the same hand, chip stacks at the start of the hand determine finishing place. The person with less chips would be third, the one with more would be second. The person that won the hand would win. Easy peasy.

To emphasize what supafrey said, Poker1985, whoever out of Players B and C would have had the best hand between the two of them is completely irrelevant. Whoever had the most chips when the hand started gets 2nd place, the other gets third.
