what shouls small and big blinds be
Having a home game where everyone buys in for $40, that's it , no buy-ins, so based on that what should be the stakes. Also, the game will not necessarily have one winner, as there is a time limit. We play about 4 hours. Any other advice from a strategy point of view would be much appreciated as well. I wonder if standard tactics would apply as many peope will stay around until the river, and everyone will see the flop, I'm sure of that. If I play the way you would play in a casino, I would surely not win enough hands. What adjustments should be made to my game. All these people have 7 stud experience, but I like hold'em better, but none of them have played before.

1-2 blinds would be fair...
everyone gets 20 bets... should keep it really quick...
although im setting a tourney up and the buy-in is $20 bucks blinds are starting at .25-.50 per 10 hands... then .50-$1, $1-2, 2-4, 4-8... by then the game should be pretty over...
