Wierd hands lost on Poker Stars

Can any one tell me why I have lost the
following hands.

Community cards

5, 5, j, A, A

Player 1. K, Q

Player 2. K, 4

Isnt that a push ?? as in best 5 cards - from what i
see with both have the same 5 cards

Twince on on poker stars i have lost - but why

That is a draw. Something tells me you read the cards or board wrong.. It's probably more work for them to award the pot wrong than right =/

Or maybe the Q was a J.

Either way the likelihood here is human error. The software has thousands of live testing hours so the chance it identified the winner wrongly is unlikely.

Find the original hand history on your computer, and post it here. Or e-mail Stars and ask for it. I'm sure you've made a error somewhere re-constructing the hand.
