I decided to buy try a few cocktails tonight, instead of my usual 2 bottles of bordeaux or gin.

anyway my first of the night: Whiskey sour

Never tried this before though from watching films and reading books etc seems a common drink in the states.

I bought some canadian whiskey as the shop didnt seem to have bourbon which is stated in most recipes.

Ingredients: 2 parts whiskey, 1 part lemon juice, 1 tsp sugar syrup, and 4/5 crushed ice cubes

(I doubled everything above)



It tastes very intense in my mouth and like sherbert

Id reccomend this drink to any aspiriing drinker.

never heard of this one in my life but it tastes good:

Barbed wire

4 parts apple juice, 2 parts whiskey.

Fill up half the glass with crushed ice, put the whisky shorts in, and top up with apple juice




THis one is so mellow a very nice contrast to the last one which was very citrusy.

id deffo reccomend this

Try a Lynchburg Lemonade

1 part Jack Daniel's Tennessee whiskey
1 part sweet and sour mix
1 part triple sec
4 parts Sprite soda

You can drink several of these and not even think your drunk. Stand up and you'll know you are...lol.

They also leave you with no hangover.

Those things are potent. I once started drinking those and after 10 I didn't realize I was drunk till I got up to go to the bathroom and fell into the jukebox...lol.
