Well, as long as it's not something bad...

Seriously, I think the rule is to put the card back in the deck, complete the betting, shuffle the stub, and reveal a new turn/river. I'm sure the folks here will correct me if not.

At my local casino if the dealer exposes a card and no one has acted then it’s a miss deal.

That's a horrible ruling unless no-one has acted whatsoever.

The ruling should be as golddog says.

It should be counted as miss dealing and card should be putting back in the deck.
