Wondering why you believe this is SLC?
From what I think I remember, SLC was an American, somewhere like Oregon, which currently rules out online action. Also, the writing in these links is from someone with a bit of education, which (from what I think I remember) rules out SLC.

So 9 months in we have $255 of the $20,000 target. Who grinds for 4 hours a day 5 days a week for an average of less than a buck a day? His May target is $8
