How to Play Ace-Queen when an Ace comes on the Flop
This hand i always seem to lose alot of money on when an ace comes on the flop...how do you recommend playing this against Aggressive/middle of the road and tight players?

Looking at this post and previous ones; I half wonder whether you need to start being more specific with the situation you are in and therefore with the question you ask.
For example; against an altra tight player who raises preflop - I'd fold. Against an loose player I'd re-raise. Against Aggressive/middle of the road and tight players; it depends on what I've seen them do and how they handled it.
For example, if I've seen them fold to a re-raise, or have identified that they put me as tight, I may try re-raising. If i don't have info I may fold.
Asking the question above (and others which you have asked), I wonder whether you need to concentrate on playing the 'situation' or 'circumstances' and not specifically the hand.
If you always raise AA, AK and AQ, you won't make any money cause it makes you predicatble. You move should always factor things other than the your cards.
Just a thought.

You got the flop you were hoping for, short of a wonder-flop of a straight, trips, to two pair. If you aren't going to play this strongly you probably shouldn't be in the pot in the first place. A real issue to consider with any starting cards is what you are hoping to get, what you might get, and what you will do on the flop if you get one of the flops you've planned on.
