Since all of the stacks are the same, I assume it's the first hand of the tournament? If so, fold preflop.

Nice random question Geno. If the field is quite weak just shove. Right at the start I like to make it freaky size if I'm not going to shove, like 6-7bb.

Depends how bad the players are I suppose. You need to thin the field somewhat so 4-5bb imo.
