Question about minimum raise
Ok, the following happens in no-limit:
Player A bets 50
Player B raises all-in with his last 60
Player C wants to raise
What is the minimum that Player C can raise? I know the rule is that the minimum raise equals the previous raise which in this case would be 10. Is there a special rule though for an instance like this where the all-in raise wasn't a full raise?

OK, did player B RAISE $10 or $60? In other words did he put in $110 or $60 into the pot?
Here's how I understand: if player B raised $10, then you ignore this (as it was alrady below the min raise) and Player C has to raise by at least $50 (to $100), if player B raised the pot by $60 then player C has to raise it by $120.
In another format:
A bet $50 B raise to $60 C raise to $100
or
A bet $50 B raise to $110 C raise to $220
I'm more sure of the second sequence than the first, so any one with more knowledge out there is welcome to contradict me.

In my scenario Player B raised $10 to a total of $60. Incidentally, I thought that if Player B raised to $110 then Player C would only have to raise to $170 because the previous raise was $60. Maybe I'm more confused then I thought with all this minimum raising business. I guess fortunately this scenario (all-in less than minimum raise) hasn't shown up in any games I've played in yet.
