help the new guy please

hello all.. first time tourney organizer and i'm trying to figure out the blind amounts and the chip count for buy in.

I have 1200 chips about 10 guys playing. any idea of how many chips i should use for the buy in and the demoniations i should make them. and the blind??/ any quick help would be greatly appreciated.. thanks
