Ok here is the question at hand...

We are playing Texas Hold'em NL poker and has a minor dispute in a certain hand,The hands went as followed..


1st player Had in his hand a 8c and kd

2nd Player had in his hand a 8d and 3s

The community was as followed 8h 10c 10s Ad 2d

OK here is my Question at hand Both players had 2 pair ( 8's and 10's) but player 1 had a high card of king but in reality thats not the top 5 cards see if you played the top 5 cards they would be 2pair 8's and 10's with the Ace high and both players would split the pot Please help us.....We want to know just who does win this pot?
