I have a great 10 seater table want do do more $20 buyin tournies but I have trouble filling out the table. I can get about 5 religiously but the it gets more difficult from there.

I would use poker director software and payout 3 places. Just fun mostly with a chance to win a bit o' cash. No rake or any of that bulls*hit.

I would like to do one before the end of December and then about once a month from there.
