i'd say... not worth the money. i think pretty much anyone will tell you that once you learn the basics (which you can do simply by reading a few web pages) you can only become better with practice.

if you want to get into theory and what not... there's some great tried-and-true books you could buy...

all in all... 15 bucks a month isn't worth it in my opinion.

it's a neat idea for a website though.
