DONT PLAY AT POKERSTARS........ 53 CARD DECKS
I AM SOOOOOOOOO PISSED
I just ran into a deck at PokerStars that had 5 Queens in it. I had KK dude had QQ another player had KQ. flop comes Q9Q! HMMMMMMMMMMM lets all count together. 2 + 1 + 2 = 5. that is one too many queens for my taste. I will be withdrawing all of my funds today, and I urge you all to do the same.

.
scary man...
to request history : click on the dealer, request hand history, select tournament and enter the number. I requested it according to the number you gave, but the mail I received was "blank" (normal as I didn't play it...I'm dumb).
withdrawing all the funds is a bit radical imo...pokerstars has some good reputation...I doubt this often happens (I know it shouldn't happen at all)
let's just see how they react to your mail to see if they really are professional.
I also suggest that when you get your hand history showing the problem, every PokerStars player of this forum (including me) mail them to ask the what the hell is that for a "bug" when money is at stake and threaten them to stop using their services if they dont ensure that this kind of mistake never happens again.
if I was you I would ask for a refund of the tourney entrance aswell. (assuming you got the proof)

i know that only one Q had to hit to kill me there, but I had the Exact same hand.....no lie happen in a NL cash game earlier, KK vs QQ where QQ hit the board, for $50. makes me wonder.

Hey Nicth:
What you say concerns me because I play almost exclusively on PS. I have seen some crazy things there (ie. AA cracked by 7 2 offsuit - the guy with 7 2 went all in preflop)
However, I attribute that kind of thing to bad play and good luck (or vice versa for the loser I guess). I have never seen anything like you described in your post and it does cause some concern. Have you been able to get the hand history??? Has PS responded to your post??
Also, I have found that, unlike partypoker, PS is pretty good about disconnecting people. Last night was the exception. People were getting booted left and right and they even stopped play for over an hour at one point. Argggggggg
Anyway, please keep us posted if you hear back from PS!!

I have not heard word one from PokerStars. I have withdrawn all of my money from that site, and will play exclusively at Ultimate Bet untill I find a better site.

I have just tested out all of the sites and honestly the three I only seriously play at are UB, PS, and Pokerroom.

Maybe you should email them a link to this thread.
Many poker junkies here. If that is what happened,
and not just a clouded memory, hell yeah. Withdraw
your money. Screw that, if they have plants, or screw
the deck, or your chances, be gone from there. If you
feel like you were cheated, and you are not always
paranoid or something, you were probably cheated.
Trust your gut.
