Hold em Split Pot vs Kicker Wins

Can someone give a few examples of hands that detail what hands would split the pot and what hands would win because of kickers? http://www.rgpfaq.com/split-pot.html gives a pretty good outline of splits but doesn't cover kickers. Thanks!

Two players go head to head. The flop, turn, and river, is AAAKK. Neither players have an ace or a king. Because the best possible five card hand here is a fullhouse, aces over kings, and both have it, they split the pot.
If, however, the flop turn and river came out AKJ98 and player A had Ace Queen and player B had Ace 3, Player A would win. Why? Because Player B's best possible hand is Ace Ace KJ9, while player A's best 5 card hand is AAKJ Q , using his kicker to create a better hand.

This is why going in on large games with an ace and an unsuited rag card is a bad idea- your kicker probably will NOT hold up.
