Casino style card shufflers?

Postby Pokerfarian » Sat Mar 26, 2005 8:12 pm GMT

Gentlemen,

Does anyone know of a source for casino style card shufflers?
I'm talking about the kind of shuffler that is mounted in/under the table, and feeds the deck up to the dealer.

The tabel top type will not work for us, unless there is a model out there that is quiet, fast and effective.

Thanks
Bob

You cant get one. Made by Shufflemaster. They lease them to casinos. They cant even buy them. They are VERY expensive. Pretty much sums it up. You cant get one!

I second NM comments.

This has been discussed numerous times, across multiple forums with the same answer:

There are no card shufflers for the home market other than the $20 cheapos.

A couple folks with engineering backgrounds have discussed trying to build one but I've never heard anything further.

A dealer at a casino told me the Shufflemaster in-table model would cost $15K if you could buy one. But he also added that they weren't sold anyway, only leased.
