Ebay trusty vendors

Hello All,
I know most of the chips on ebay suck (do they?) and that ebay has their own "trust"meter but I am looking for some cheap chips and I am considering the following as a good vendor:
- paypal acceptance - that´s easy
- quick delivery
Anyone has had a good experience there and can indicate me a vendor?

www.5stardeal.com usually has pretty good prices. Some people have had some bad experiences with them but I havent. I beleive they are also on ebay and im not sure what the username is.

I have already ordered from them but them dont go PayPal (and I dont want to abuse my US resident friends credit card).
