Does anyone use this? Is it helping you? and in what ways?

I keep track of my play at pokercharts.com. I basically use it to see my win rate per hour and how much I win at which location. I also like to know at what times do I seem to lose, or win, more than other times. It's not all that big a deal but as long as it's as easy as just plugging in where you played, what you started with, and what you ended with why not?
