Gambling Laws?

I live in Ontario and was wondering what the law on holding a Texas Hold Em tournament at my house were. Ive been told it is legal as long as i dont rake. Which is fine, i dont plan on raking. Is anyone aware of the laws in ontario?

18 to gamble in Ontario, but my friends and I are all older than that so we dont have to worry about age.

ummm...i am only 18 years old i was wondering if anyone could tell me where i could get into a tournament, i cant go into a casino so it would have to be one like in a house or something. i live in the peterborough area and i am willing to drive to play. reply if anyone knows a place.
