Well, I still managed to place top 50 and win my invite to the Sunday event. Hopefully that goes well.

Top 10 in the Sunday event get a TEC worth $100 +$9. That covers your entry into a 100+9 tournament obviously, and you know what the payouts are in those. So, you basically need to place high in 3 tournaments in a row if you want to go the free route. If I place top 10 on Sunday I'll enter one of the Aruba tournaments. These freerolls are huge though. There are 1500 players in each qualifier and 1200 in the invite. That's a lot of people to go through.

There is also an Aruba qualifier now and you need top 25 in that to get an invite to the end of the month Aruba freeroll. Win that and you win your ticket and entry. Bling.

Hmmm...I've also been trying to get into the TEC Weekly Final, but I can only play when I'm sick home from school (Usually one or two days every few months) so, needless to say, I haven't made it in yet. However, I figure if I won it (this might also be a good idea for you Absolution) and got a TEC, I would sell it for $50-$60 so I could play micro-limit tables and not use it on a multi-table tournament when it would be my first.

I know you are about 15 years old Ninja, I take it Absolution is under age as well from your comment. Selling that $100 +9 at discounted price is a great idea if you win one. I know Geno, myself or others would likely buy it off either of you if up for sale.

Yeah, I did think it was a pretty good idea-However, I meant that it would be a good idea for Absolution since you don't wanna work so hard for a TEC and then lose it in the real money tournament-Because it would be my first as well as his. $100 tourneys are much, much different than freerolls-Hell I played a 30 point tourney and it was much different.

I'm 27 actually. :) I just like the freerolls right now since I've only been playing a month. I'm getting pretty good at them. They are doing wonders for my patience and I think that will serve me well when I do move up. I'll probably use the TEC. I want the experience. I can always put my own money in if I want to play real money tables. I have to admit, I am keen on using some real strategy.
