QQ facing 4-bet
Villain is 12/8, 3-bet 0 through 20ish hands, no specific reads though. As he seemed tight, I decided to just call his 4-bet assuming I am coinflip at the best. His flop check behind confused me though. Thoughts?

Re: QQ facing 4-bet
Well, I didn't think anybody "normal" would check behind AA or KK on the flop here.

20ish hands is not a big enough sample size for me to laydown QQ for 100bb preflop. I would just ship this PF.

Re: QQ facing 4-bet
Queens against a tight player in a cash game, in my opinion, should be played as any low pocket pair pre- and post-flop. If the tight player reraised someone else he obviously is stating that he has a premium hand such as AA, KK, QQ, AKs, AKo, or even AQ. Call his reraise at most because if he holds AA, KK than you are a 4-1 underdog and the pot is only giving you what looks 38-14 which is close to 2.8-1 long run you are loseing money here. If he holds AK or AQ or even KQ than you are a 1.2-1 favorite for against AK or 3-1 favorite against AQ or KQ.
After the flop, since all undercards came, I would do a probe bet of about 1/2 - abourt 2/3 the pot. A call tells me he either is drawing or hit a premium hand, but you both checked. His bet on the turn tells me he may have held A8s or 88 (reraise with 88 might have been either a postion play or squeeze move to get KENDERPL out of the hand)(check on the flop stating he missed but might be drawing). With the bet on the turn I would have to fold because there are to many hands out there that can beat you, fold here. As with the river it just gets worse, fold here.
Hope this helps.

Re: QQ facing 4-bet
I think your opponent likely never folding AK or QQ and may even decide to 4b call it off with JJ or worse so I think once you 3b in this spot just go with it.
